Hoping this is right because it would probably mean the U.S. would also drop the vaccine requirement to enter. As a vaccine refusenik, I can’t visit all those wonderful places I love to see, and U.S. gas stations, restaurants and motels are missing out on my enchanting presence, well actually the cash I leave behind I suppose it must be. I can’t even go to Canadia anymore. I was stopped driving into Montreal from New York, and they did background check, and they discovered my DUI from 1986. To fix it, I would have to get court records and travel to the consulate in San Francisco and pay money. Work would like me to travel to Canada again as we have plants in BC, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia...but I have already been in every province and I retire in 2 years, so not going to bother.

They did not even check them when they went back through customs.

Lot of us Albertans ignored the nonsense.

And a lot didn't. My wife's family is largely in Edmonton, and they had to fear busy-bodies calling in to report suspected lockdown violations.

My Canadian wife STILL won't be able to visit family because the U.S. won't let her back in.
