You're completely correct.
There is not such crime as "inflating" the value of
assets for sale." If I have property worth say $200,000
but I manage to sell it for $500,000 what crime has been
committed? Only if I misrepresented the property in
some way would I have maybe committed a crime.

The NY AG is out of her mind due to TDS!

what this AG is working on is a CIVIL matter...not criminal. Shell probably try and sue the Trump Org and drive it into bankruptcy.
