The laughing part is really odd. Seems like people should be quietly thinking “Did I just hear that?!”
This is probably some kid he was introduced to at an event because of the parent ...who then later became an adult who he has now met again
But the way he said it just comes off so creepy..and his face looks weird. Must be botox or something.
