According to someone on FR, that warehouse was “secured” by NARA, whatever that means. They also said the Obama records were secured in a federal property in Virginia. Not sure where they got that “information.”

I have a feeling that nobody really knows what’s going on with Obama’s papers. The Obama Foundation promised to digitize them within 5 years, which is why NARA backed down. However, it’s been 5 years and apparently the digitization still hasn’t been completed. WTF??!!?

re NARA - right after Trump raid they came out with a statement saying yes they had 30 million Obama documents that were being stored in the Chicago area... and another storage facility in DC that was storing Obama’s classified stuff.
