Netflix has been slammed by viewers after adding an LGBTQ tag to the new Jeffrey Dahmer series, who have raged: 'this is not the representation we're looking for'.
Many called out the streaming platform - who have now removed the tag - saying they were 'gobsmacked' and 'disgusted' at the choice.
The series follows the infamous Milwaukee serial killer who murdered 17 people between 1978 and 1991 - many of whom were young, gay African Americans. An inside look: Netflix previously released two images of eters playing Jeffrey Dahmer ahead of the limited series' release
Many hit out at the tag, with one writing: 'Netflix added the Jeffrey Dahmer series to the LGBTQ+ tag. I am gobsmacked.'
Another wrote: They put the new Jeffrey Dahmer movie under the LGBTQ tag and I am disgusted. IT'S NOT AN LGBTQ STORY LIKE WTF.'
Another quipped: 'Guys my favourite LGBTQ series on Netflix is: Rupaul's Drag Race, Dahmer, and Queer Eye.'
Someone else said: 'No way they put an LGBTQ tag on the new Dahmer series like PLEASE.'
Not everyone was against the idea however, as some pointed to the fact that the show does explore LGBTQ+ injustices at the time.
'You've got to take the bad along with the good,' wrote one, while another said: 'The Dahmer case is a huge part of LGBTQ history, it's important people know he got away with so much.'
A third added: 'And the Toronto village killer was able to get away with his crimes in the early 2000s for the same reason so the issue is still relevant.'

The Toronto Village killer actually had a website where people volunteered to be cannibalized. Since assisted suicide is legal and killing babies up to and after birth is legal, why not this?

However, in a dated study conducted in 2003, 69% of serial killers were either self-described homosexuals or engaged in homosexual behavior “immediately, prior to, during or after committing their murders.”
In verifying and updating this number, a random sampling of 59 U.S. serial killers after 1960 was collected and studied. Of those 59 convicted murderers, 39 were found to be gay, 66%.

Donahue and Sally Jesse Raphael had the Dahmer’s father on and they literally argued that the fact Dahmer couldn’t publicly come out was the reason he murdered and ate those people.

Yep- all it takes is ONE leftist/muz/athiest to complain about a nativity scene for it to be removed but if hundreds of us complain about adults grooming children, we are called homophobic or prejudiced and are ignored.

Dahmer was from Wisconsin. When you get killed in prison by another inmate, it’s now known as being, ‘Dahmerized.’
