However they don’t know the initial starting conditions. Caliber, powder load, distance, etc.
We could if we just took the violent criminals and used them instead. Animals could live on as pets, PETA would shut up, law abiding folks would be happy and grateful, taxpayers not paying for lifers to be locked up, no real downside here...
Some years back when my NG infantry battalion was preparing to go to Iraq, my battalion surgeon who was an ER Trauma Surgeon in Philadelphia, arranged for all my battalion medics to do shifts in the ER for real-world training
