Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, appeared on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with Alex Marlow today, laying into the Journalism Competition and Preservation Act (JCPA) and questioning why Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is attempting to rescue the derided media cartel bill.
“I’m not sure why the Senator did that, I do plan to talk to him,” Rep. Jordan, who has opposed the media cartel bill since its inception over a year ago, told Breitbart News Daily host Alex Marlow.

I thought Senator Cruz killed it in committee with a "poison pill".
To me, Ted Cruz is a loose cannon who is in there mainly for Ted Cruz.
Jim Jordan seems like more of the real deal.
I mean how much reality can you find with politicians? That’s why we need many, many more Trump-like non-politicians in D.C.
I am sure Heidi’s job with Goldman Sachs has nothing to do with it. </sarcasm>
Jim Jordan for Speaker.
Agreed. Cancun Ted is just like most of them in DC, he's in it for himself, not his constituents or the country, he's for whatever benefits him and his family.

If there was one thing I could “edit” I the work of the Founding Fathers, it would be making it unconstitutional for a professional political class of government class (permanent government employment) to ever develop. That would mean strict term limits for any political positions - across local, state and federal levels - a maximum number of years you could serve in political position at any level in your lifetime. And make it something like 10 at all levels. And a maximum number of years you could work in government employment at all levels in your lifetime..again, something like 10.
I would like to see Ted Cruz’s wealth since he took office.

Jordan should be speaker of the house
Hey, that’s why they created the process of constitutional amendments because they knew that they might not have thought of everything.
So a constitutional amendment limiting any elected federal position to no more than two terms (after two terms their brains are usually mush).
A constitutional amendment for that? Whew. Might as well wait for Antarctica to melt.
“I am sure Heidi’s job with Goldman Sachs has nothing to do with it. “
One does still have to wonder about Cruz and the CFR/WEF/NWO, et. al.
That would be nice. Who needs to take miserable McConnell’s place?
Absolutely Jordan for Speaker!!!!
“He rotates the people he sends over, so that one person does not get all the blame”
SO true....
His Senate minions are totally guilty.
John Neely Kennedy

Yeah, it’s far too late now…the professional political elite have already taken an iron-grip on power. When that happens, peaceful change becomes impossible. It’s going to take a real revolution -the kind that is bloody and destructive - to take the political and governmental elite out.
Ted Cruz has proven to be the silver tongued self promoter his critics said him to be.
He does no real legislative harm to the conservative agenda, but regularly creates some self righteous duty to chatter drama around almost anything.
He will do the same with an inquiry, from Jim Jordan.
Something about the guy bugs me. His debate-style intonation when he issues red meat platitudes just seems phoney.
Cruz seems most interested in one upping people and trying to impress everyone how smart he is. I don’t trust him. Can’t forget him petulantly stabbing Trump in the back at 2016 Republican convention.
