The leaders of nine NATO nations from Central and Eastern Europe issued a joint statement on Sunday in support of Ukraine's path to membership in the alliance.

"We firmly stand behind the 2008 Bucharest NATO Summit decision concerning Ukraine’s future membership," the presidents of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Poland, Czechia, Romania, North Macedonia, and Slovakia said on Sunday.

At that 2008 summit, NATO allies said they "welcomed" Ukraine and Georgia's aspirations to the join the alliance, though no clear timetable has ever been announced.

So 9 countries most people could not even point to on a map

Also EVERY NATO nation needs to agree to a nation joining, if even one says nay then a nation cannot join NATO

Also in order for a nation to join NATO you cannot have any disputed borders or any border issues

Lastly have any of these nations given any money or supplies to Ukraine? Oh wait that’s right, they just wait for America or France or UK or Germany to bear the burden

Who gains from a nuclear war?

The Davos/Bilderberg/WEF/CFR Great Reset crowd, that’s who.

Every single one of those countries has given weapons and money to Ukraine, commensurate with—and sometimes above—their abilities Poland ranks 3rd behind the U.S. and UK in aid to Ukraine - Germany has given jack by comparison. Slovakia sent its only S-300 air defense missile system and the other countries have sent tanks, artillery, and a sh#t ton of ammunition, just to name a few. Lithuania had been sending weapons and ammo for years - well before the U.S. sent its first Javelin.

Also, while it is true that all Allies must agree to admit a new member (looking at YOU, Hungary and Turkey), there is no rule about borders. However, many NATO members would want to be reassured they would not be dragged into some longstanding conflict.

Reagan and Gorbachev agreed on the dismantling of the eastern Soviet bloc on condition that we would not attempt to bring countries bordering Russia into NATO. Since the President left office, we have been left with the odious Bushes, Clinton, Obama and this fool who have pushed NATO to Russia’s borders; Russia will never tolerate NATO membership for Ukraine, and all those small eastern European countries that advocate for it can do the fighting.

Technically they cannot join by nato’s charter. Seems this just show. Former Soviet States hatred of Russia is well founded.

I’d be willing to let any nation join on that condition.

Ditto for the U.N.

REJECTED.

Within a couple hours of the staged signing of the application, the US, head of NATO, and Germany basically said, ‘Umm, no. Go back to the Dunce table and know your role, kthx.’

Germany might as well have one ww2. The U.S made the grave mistake of ensuring the krauts never dominated Europe again.
