Those diplomats probably are, they will stay warm and fat through the winter. Everyone else will suffer but the elite classes just say "Let the eat cake!" and laugh at them and us and especially at guys like Trump that tell them their plans are bad.
We cannot predict this winter in Europe. It just might turn out warmer than usual, with Bad Vlad committing suicide in March. Or being deposed.

The "elites" have a plan for that. It involves a much smaller number of us and them.
