The corrupt government of Ukraine may surrender, but the people will not; they want all of Ukraine back even Crimea. They will take the nuke, if that is what it takes not to live under Russian rule.

If they agree not to enter NATO and the Russians pull out how is that surrender? You WWIII fanboys keep moving the goal posts. The west reminds me of Austria-Hungary ultimatum to Serbia in 1914 with NATO playing the part of Germany’s Kaiser giving a blank check to the Ukrainians. It won’t matter if the terms are accepted you will reject the yes, demand more until you get your world war.
We had a negotiated settlement for an armistice in Korea and in getting out of Vietnam, there have been peace settlements for the entire existence of man and now all of a sudden a settlement is surrender?
