It’s more a self loathing Anti American wing than a Putin wing. They’ve quit and wish defeat on the US. Stupidly, they picked corrupt and incompetent Putinist Russia to accomplish their goal. They’d be better off allying with the Chinese Communist Party but that’s a little to obvious I guess.
