Trump PAC spending big to save Herschel Walker amid abortion allegations
NY Post ^ | October 8, 2022 | By Jon Levine

Former President Trump is opening up his wallet to save Herschel Walker, whose Senate campaign has been reeling from allegations he paid for a woman to abort his child.

Trump endorsed the one-time NFL star early in Georgia’s GOP Senate primary and Walker’s showing next month will be a big test of the former president’s continued influence with voters.

Make American Great Again Inc., a Trump-backed Super PAC, injected $750,000 into ad spending in the Peach State in support of Walker, Politico reported Friday.

An ad for the group now airing leans heavily into culture war issues and attacks against Walker’s opponent, Sen. Raphael Warnock.

“From D-Day to drag queen story time, America has lost its way. Radical Democrats are indoctrinating our children to hate America — opening our borders and crushing working people with taxes,” the ad’s narrator says. “Raphael Warnock votes with Biden 96% of the time. Chaos at the border, crime in our neighborhoods, a collapsing economy — Biden, and Warnock did that. Take our country back.”

I’d love Herschel in there.

"Save." The most recent poll on RCP, the only one not from September, is Warnock +3, which is lower than the RCP average of Warnock +3.8%.

These people believe their own hype too much. It's like the Access Hollywood Trump tape "scandal" from October 2016, also one month before Election Day, all these media outlets bought their own B.S. that it was the end of Trump, until it wasn't.

If Walker wins, they'll act like he "survived" this nonsense, but the truth is undecided and swing voters in Gerogia - the only people whose opinions on this actually matter - don't really give a damn.

I hope you’re right, but I’ve seen plenty of posts from “true believing Christians” who’d rather have an damnable Democrat in office for the next six years over the imperfect Republican.

Walker is not good but he is by far the better remaining option. Georgia should be ashamed of itself.

Dems: Don’t be harsh to Bill Clinton. All men are cheating on women. Let’s move on.

Dems: Termination of a fetal tissue status within a woman’s body is totally a woman’s right to choose and this is not a wrong action as the religious extremists cross the church and state line to try to force upon us.

Dems: Herschel Walker lied about his past. He was involved with one or two abortions. He cannot be elected now. We are too spiritual and moral to permit such a thing.

I checked over at DU just to see what they had to say about things.

There was a thread going about how Walker allegedly encouraged a woman to get a second abortion. They were having a fit over it.

The pro-baby murder crowd upset because a woman was encouraged to have an abortion.

You just could not make this stuff up.

On here, they’re probably like the people that want to let Abrams win because Kemp didn’t “stop the steal.” Thankfully, Georgians aren’t having that logic in the gubernatorial race.

How is it that Kemp is leading Abrams by a comfortable margin, yet Herschel Walker is trailing? That doesn’t seem to make sense unless people are voting for Kemp and Warnock. I would think that Kemp voters would be able to pull Walker over the finish line.

Ain't that the truth. Too many purists who say my way or the highway.

Warnock needs to go.
They attack Walker with big money.. OFTEN on tv.
He explained why he didn’t add his children. He didn’t want to have the other side attacking them. Also was reported on America’s Voice, Walker has been for long time, speaking across the nation to young people, on morals and living right. The sentiments are with Walker.. Warnock gives off the creeps.. and McConnell was for Warnock.
Man, I hope the old ones are gone this voting cycle.
If you don’t have a Christ.like heart, you will vote dem. Those people don’t have a clue

Warnock thinks that “true believing Christians” (and every other taxpayer) should pay for everyone else's abortions.

The polls, to put it in scientific parlance, are crap; and they have been for at least the last two election cycles.

And it’s probably only going to get worse with Branden labeling all Republicans as extremists.

Why should Georgia be ashamed of itself?

He's a legitimate candidate. Democrats support their candidates to the hilt, even if they commit murder.

It is time Republicans run to win and stop the McConnell cowardly capitulations.

Suck it up Republicans. Either win or get out of the game.
