The investigation revealed that the explosive device was concealed in rolls of polyethylene film for construction, on 22 pallets weighing 22,770 kg. It was sent from Odessa seaport to the Bulgarian town of Ruse on contract no. 02/08/2022 between Translogistics UA Ltd (Kiev) and Baltex Capital S.A.
(Rousse).
▪️”Citizens of Ukraine Mykhailo Tsyurkalo (b.1975), Denis Kovach (b.1979), Roman Solomko (b.1971), Inosaridze Sandro (a broker named Levan) and Artur Terchanyan (b.1985) from Armenia were engaged in organisation of cargo transportation from Bulgaria to the port of Poti (Georgia) and then to Armenia.
▪️ From September 29 to October 3, 2022, the shipment was customs cleared in Yerevan at Transalliance terminal in accordance with EurAsEC rules and documents were substituted, after which the shipper was “GU ARJ Group” Ltd (Republic of Armenia, Alaverdi) and the recipient - “Leader” LLC (Moscow),” - the special service informed.
▪️ Further, the FSB noted, on October 4 the cargo registered in Georgia by DAF truck crossed the Russian-Georgian border at Verkhny Lars checkpoint and on October 6 it was delivered and unloaded at the wholesale base of Armavir of Krasnodar region.
