Jury began deliberating 3 hours ago in the Nikolas Cruz, Margerie Stoneman Douglas school shooting at Parkland, Florida.
I have been watching the sentencing trial and this request from the jury indicates the jury verdict will be a death sentence for Nikolas Cruz.
They should have shot him on the scene.
If this guy doesn’t deserve the death penalty then why have it?
But nothing will be done about the police who not only let it happen, but prevented anyone from stopping it.
i hope so but i think they’ll skip that.
Someone should ask David media Hogg what he thinks about the death penalty.
His response would be: The death penalty is only for supporters of Donald Trump.
I hope you are correct regarding the death penalty. If he gets it, he’ll be an old man by the time it’s ever carried out, the way appeals, etc go.
A podcast called “ Small Town Dicks” just had a two part series about this shooting. This was an interview with an officer who responded to the school & DID go in immediately - Cruz had already left, something he & officers in that building found out later. He describes what they were doing & seeing. There are some brave, good cops out there.
There should be a statue of Mr. Cruz on the grounds of the school - with him trapped permanently inside.
If they don’t fine him at least a billion dollars the trial will be meaningless.
Funny how in every one of these mass shootings we have local law enforcement with their hands in their pockets. I think looking behind the curtain will show a higher control of the situation.
