My Grandfather (GF), a Judge, had a cross burned in his yard on a Sunday evening by the KKK...my mother was eight at the time and she told me of this ‘experience.’

The accursed was found innocent and set free the next day (by my GF - it was a bench trial — NOT a jury trial).

About a year later one of those pukes, hiding behind his white mask, was sentenced to death by hanging for the murder...

My GF signed the warrant and oversaw the public execution.
