The photographer shoved to the ground by Davante Adams after the Raiders-Chiefs "MNF" game has officially filed a police report against the NFL superstar, claiming he was injured during the incident and had to go to the hospital.
TMZ Sports has learned ... the man went to cops at Arrowhead Stadium at around 10:30 PM -- just moments after Adams had pushed him following the Raiders' 30-29 loss.
Authorities tell us the man claimed he was the victim of an assault. They say he told them he suffered injuries ... though they were "thought to be non-life threatening."
They added that the man was later transported to the hospital.

So what if they aren’t life threatening.
Assault is assault.
Ask any woman unwantedly touched by a man (or not even touched, just lied about it).
Photog is a man… carrying a large object and decides to get within about six inches of Adams with said object.
Adams is walking in the tunnel to the locker he is where he is supposed to be… camera guy doesn’t belong in the tunnel. No other media is blocking the tunnel.
The Chiefs need a fine for failing at security… Camera guy needs to lose his credentials.
Thats all fine.
Assault is still assault.
Thanks for that video. I was already of the opinion that Adams just had a bad moment. Ask for a signed jersey and call it a day. Now with this camera angle, it’s clear the camera idiot cut right in front of him. I probably would’ve shoved him too. This over litigious society is joke.
...so I ask the members of the jury, to look into your heart...then give my client....a whollllllle'lot'ta $$$olace!"
Yes, the guy is a sports photographer, hanging out in the players tunnel, getting in the face of a player who just lost a game in the last seconds - who then pushed him away.
I saw the incident and immediately thought:
either the photographer can man up, realize his role in the incident, and simply treat it as “part of the game.”
Or he could be a whiny byatch, call the cops and try go get a $$$$ settlement.
He chose as I expected he would.
Just another sissy pants lookin for a payout. Adams is a good guy. It was an emotional game. The photographer was trying to cash in on Adams’ raw emotions of the moment. And now he thinks he won the lottery.
Get lost loser.
Nope. The photographer was trying to walk across the tunnel entrance, probably to get better site for photos.
Adams could have pulled up, but he was pissed because he just ran into his own teammate on a route. And before that he juggled a reception.
The photog has a claim.
That said, the stadium should have a protocol to keep tunnel entrances clear.
So.... If I run a red light because I’m late to work, then I have a claim against anyone who broadsides me ?
