Let's be honest here. Look at Florida's
Death Row List and you'll see that the bulk of inmates have been there for more than a generation, a large number who have been there for 30 years, and more than a few who have been there for more than 40 years. And this is during the numerous GOP administrations (Bush, Scott, DeSantis) of the last generation. The inmates are going to die in their beds. Nikolas Cruz, regardless of life without parole or the death penalty, will do the same.
Does that matter completely? My understanding is it’s far worse to be on death row than in the regular prison. Also it, it’s probably more likely they will rain in jail for life. I think Nikolas Cruz will get.
