To: Worldtraveler once upon a time

Actually, we have won a lot more fights than we have lost, and even the losses tend to be qualified or, like the Korean War, are victories in disguise in that they are incorrectly often seen as draws or losses. That is why the US has lots of friends in the world — to the extend that, like it or not, we run the circus and sometimes have to make the monkeys behave and go back into their cages.
