State Bill 107 will allow the State to seize children from their own legal parents who are not sufficiently “affirming” of a child’s misguided wish to mutilate themselves and destroy their own lives. As the Federalist explains, “California courts will have the power to strip custody from parents, wherever they live, who doubt the wisdom of these experimental and irreversible procedures — if their child so much as steps foot in California.” In other words, even if you don’t even live in California, the long arm of the Village can capture your kid in their net.
“Transgender medicine saves lives!” The medical experts and politicians scream at vulnerable parents. “Quick, inject your eight-year-old with experimental, off-label Lupron and synthetic chemical hormones before they/them kills their/themselves!”
Castrating and sterilizing young boys is lifesaving health care.
Double mastectomies and hysterectomies on teenage girls is pediatric best practices.
YOU are a child-abusing extremist if you object.

I guess this photo depicts an even where a child "Could" be maimed.
This law is aberration to humanity, as it would permanently alter a child with no consent by their parents.
Any doctor who performs these surgeries is a boil on the body of humanity that needs to be lanced and excised.
It shouldn’t be much longer until angry fathers decide to dish out their very own form of justice against these monsters hellbent on mutilating children in their zeal to win the Josef Mengele award
How does one rationally explain or defend this?
This is just plain nasty, perverse, weird... California is a freak show.
The Democrat party has long been at war with rationally, reality and common sense.
And the parents of kids in California say NOTHING.
To fight this legally I am guessing it would take a California congressman or senator to appeal this ‘executive order’ to the state supreme court.
Is that correct? This cannot be allowed to stand as is unchallenged. This is a family-bond destroyer extraordinaire.
Bad enough that Ca. will be seen as a Sanctuary State for the gender confused, the worst part of the plan is saying our social workers can decide to take your child away from your custody b/c you don’t immediately fold and stop expressing any disagreement with any and all delusions of your gender questioning child.
Gov. Gavin dismisses the fact that most teens will do things based on emotion of the moment, w/o thinking things through. They as a group are not ready to make irrevesible decisions
on surgery or hormonal treatments. It’s troubling that the intent is to strip away rights of the parent and even of the individual. If he had any presidential aspirations, this heavyhanded move will likely crush those aspirations for good.
Much like the Massachusetts law that allows post-birth abortions.
Leave the state. Your children are worth more to you and the society you live in than your job and your house. Seriously. Just leave. Goes for any state that puts it rights above those of its citizens.
Where this happening where I live I would be working on moving elsewhere.

I’m afraid that won’t protect you from this particular law. You can be outside of California, but if your child can somehow get to California, then they can invoke this law and California will prevent you from getting custody of your child back.
If divorced parents have huge issues trying to take their kids out of state, how can California get away with this?
