Dustbowl in the 1930’s were even worse...was that “climate change”?

Also, I thought the oceans were rising due to climate change. If so, then that water would back up into rivers and eventually marshes and lakes.

So which is it? Cyclical drought or the oceans aren’t rising?

Well, yes. Or at least a "regional climate cycle". But, careful -- that one humans most certainly affected for the worse. See my post above.
