Democrat defector Tulsi Gabbard has endorsed Republican Tudor Dixon in her race to unseat Democrat Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
In a tweet on Thursday, Tudor Dixon gleefully accepted Tulsi Gabbard’s endorsement, announcing that she will be campaigning with her in Michigan next week.

Tulsi Gabbard may be doing this out of spite, I do not care at this point
Something has changed with her, sort of like Naomi Wolfe.
People do change, or more likely the left went so far left they were left behind.
Elon Musk Tweeted about this very thing.

So that’s Joe Kent, Don Buldoc, Kari Lake, Karoline Leavitt, and now Tudor Dixon. Five MAGA, Trump candidates. There’s been a few meetings about all of this, no doubt. The president must be behind all of this, and has given this the stamp of approval.
If you want to represent Hawaii in Congress, you need to be far left and not white.
Maybe she said whatever before to be elected, or maybe she’s saying whatever now for broader appeal.
We’ll see.
No, I don’t believe it’s out of spite. For Tulsi to be welcomed with open arms, there’s more to this than we’re aware of. I was very skeptical of Tulsi, and still am guarded, but there’s no way that all of these Trump candidates would welcome her with open arms without something more happening here.
I may not trust Tulsi, but I trust these five MAGA candidates.
So much for her being an independent . . . remember, one of our greatest presidents was Ronald Reagan and he too was a lifelong Democrat until the party left him, and there were a lot of warnings about him also. I say give Tulsi alone until she proves otherwise. Or to coin a phrase from a woke little liberal, “Leave Tulsi Alone! . . .”

I agree. I’ve seen the slow change in Naomi.
This insanity caused my own lefty son to make a hard right turn (thank God). One thing he said to me was, “You know, mom, once you see it, you can never turn back to the other side.”
Whatever it is, if it helps turn the tide, more power to her.
I will take it for what it’s worth and remain cautiously guarded about throwing my weight behind her until that trust is earned.
FWIW, it’s been known that democrats run as republicans to win in districts they’d otherwise lose in, and then turn traitor. We call them RINO’s.
You may be on to something there with her.
The fact they hate her so much on DU makes me like her.
I like her, but wouldn’t vote for her currently.
She’s at least reasonable and likeable.
Maybe she’ll change her positions, maybe not, but we’ll see.
She’s currently helping our side, so that’s how I take it.
I’m not a Tulsi fan, but “Democrat defector” has a nice ring to it.
