I’ll go further to declare:
90%+ of the gubmint Senior Executive Service (SES, 8000+ in the US Government) members have been the targets of being coerced or consenting into “din[ing] on the blood of children.” Most will have been honey-potted for possible future blackmail. Many will partake in child ritual sacrifice. A significant number will be invited to kill such children and indeed, carry through.
All in Congress are similar targets if they weren’t before their election and a supermajority have succumbed to Deep State corruption within roughly four years.
The large preponderance of SES members are either advanced members of a secret society or of a bloodline family member who is being positioned for being a “czar level” political operative. Not all will attain such a level, but they’re in that winnowing process. The same applies for intel agencies and upper level MSM positions. (I’m guessing we may now add at least a couple in Newsmax to that list.)
The only president that did not succumb to honey-potting was Jimmy Carter, but that may have been only because string-pullers kept him from being so tested.
The Deep State will allow advancement only for those who prove themselves reliable and loyal.
