I believe the name is Cawthorne. DC was famous as drunk city for decades, Later in the 70’s it became cocaine city. Orgies would indicate the political class is moving on to more fun things. Career politicians pretty much have to become career liars, manipulators and sociopaths to succeed and to stay in office. I remember a congressional staffer saying,’we all have to lie every day here, sometimes a little sometimes a lot, but every day.’
