Terrible idea. Steen has his chance in the primary and lost. Writing in Steen will split the GOP vote and that district will end up with a democrat.

Agreed. But flipping that seat to democrat might mean the difference between having a veto proof majority and not. Especially if Evers, with the help of the MIlwaukee/Madison vote fraud machine in high gear.
