This is wonderful. I hope these attorneys general get to the bottom of these illegal banking activities that run afoul of the consumer protection laws in the respective states. Kudos to the attorneys general for doing their job and sticking to the letter of the law.

If you ever hear a corporation use the word “Sustainable”,

They are Knee deep in ESG.

If they say they have “Sustainability Goals”

They are Waist Deep in ESG.

If they say they have “Sustainability Metrics”

They are Neck Deep in ESG.... make a plan to short their stock.

Excellent. If they do not comply start hitting them with very costly fines. Eventually bar them from doing any business whatsoever with anybody in that state if they do not comply.

We need more states to join this effort.

“The banks being scrutinized by the top lawmen for their states include Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Citigroup.”

Anti-trust action is called for.

The more banks there are, the more chance a small business has to get credit, and at better terms, which is especially important when interest rates are higher than in recently past years.

When banks are using their collective financial might to strangle the industries that fuel the American economy, then strong action is required.

Until criminal charges are pursued and people put in prison for this then things will never really change. The fines just don’t mean anything to these people.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is among the Republican political leaders aiming to stop woke policies at banks. He is asking lawmakers to pass legislation in the 2023 session to rein in ESG policies.

If these woke banksters are getting any special tax treatment in Florida, repeal it. Treat 'em like Disney!

At least five other states have joined but cannot be named due to state confidentiality policies.

I'm going to hazard a guess that one of them is Florida, and that would be kinda weird to me, given that we otherwise have magnificent sunshine laws.

These six banks should be broken up.

Same goes for Blackrock.

Climate change is the biggest scam going a huge money maker plus ties to power and a lot of control.
