I’m not burying my head alin the sand and reading blogs where posters said Russians will be rolling into Kiev any minute now (in August)...which was delusional.

Well good for you! Neither am I, so I don’t know why you’re even telling me that.

What is it with you people always trying to attribute opinions to people who never expressed them? That’s the strangest little tactic, but I see it here a lot lately.

That’s bizarre that not only did the poster of that keyword do such a nasty thing, but also that it still stands.

There is the whole lot of buggers like this here. The treads where they leave keywords like this are simptomatic. Two words: undocumented libtards.

Update on Russian military operations in and around Ukraine for October 29, 2022

- Front lines have stabilized as Ukraine’s offensive momentum grinds into positional fighting;
- Russian forces are preparing the defense of Kherson and likely only to give up the city if something goes wrong;
- Ukrainian and Russian forces were until recently both overstretched. Russia is mobilizing 300,000 additional troops, Ukraine cannot;
- US arms shipments become more and more meager in both quantity and quality.

Well good for you! Neither am I, so I don’t know why you’re even telling me that.

You asked me why I was watching the thousands of videos of Russians being slaughtered on the battlefield:

And you enjoy watching things like that? You seek that out?

No, i don't enjoy watching them, but me not watching them doesn't make them not happen.

I seriously doubt most of the "Putin is our Saviour against the Globo-Homos" on FR have seen these videos and would label them "MSM propoganda".

They are real and they are terrible, and the Russian people are not allowed to see any of them.

ummm... that guy (Tony Cartalucci) is a paid RT shill.

Pro tip: post things from people not on RT’s payroll.

And that was my point to avoid an expanded war we agree to the aggressors demands. IMO Putin is not going to return to prewar borders so the “peace” that is being not spoken is removal of Ukraine sovereign land. Would we accept that. Only bad and worse solutions and frankly the scary thing is wingnut Putin is the one who decides as far as I can tell appeasement hasn’t worked to well in the past and I am sure China is watching

When the left accuses you of “spreading Russian Propaganda”, its probably a good idea to seek second and third sources for your info.

This guy has a long history of being a Russian tool and his analysis of the Kherson region is pretty bad.

Whay would the Russians abanadon Kherson Airport (satellite images from yesterday show they have) if they were planning to keep/hold Kherson?

Remember what happened 10 minutes after Biden abandoned Bagram? Not a stagegy of winners.

FYI.

Here is a Russian Uploaded video from the last few days of them fleeing Kherson under Uke Artillery fire.

Again, This is A RUSSIAN FILMED VIDEO (notice the V's and O's):

Russians Try to Retreat from Kherson

Things appear to be going swimmingly for the Russians in Kherson.

Of course if doesn’t.

I lived/worked in the heart of a war zone for a few years. There was a lot of ugliness. Chilling, nightmare-inducing ugliness.

And I wasn’t even on the front lines. I just can’t imagine seeking things like that out. 😖

Both Hitler and Kiev sponsors declared the goal to destroy Russia as a nation.

What are you smoking? No one except Putin and his oligarchs wants to destroy Russia as a nation

Russia is not the same as Putin - you seem to associate with the cult of your President Putin.

Putin declared war on Ukraine to subjugate it

"something goes wrong" meaning when Ukrainian troops get close, your army will run, eh?

Wait - so you mean to say that Shoigu was lying when he said only 7,000 Russian soldiers died? you say it is closer to 70,000 Russians soldiers dead in this "special operations"? so far?

Putin laid out his case in great details. You are attributing him things he never said.
For destroying Russia, don’t go further than the comments of Walesa and Hodges.
In fact the former justifies the elimination of Poland as a state.

There is no chance anywhere near 70,000 Russians have died. There is no evidence whatsoever to back up the claim.

But, that's all neocons can hope for -- hurt Russia while more than 100,000 Ukrainians have died and while the country continues to shrink.

Never mind, the inflation in the West caused by the sanction war.

So then why is Shoigu so desperate to bring 300,000 draftees if things were going so swimmingly?

The number 70K may be high, but looks far more accurate considering the death toll among Russians and the protests in Russia - even in your city of Kazan

How is that act of desperation?

You don't seem to get it. The Russians intentionally went in soft on this war with mission only to liberate the ethnic Russian part of Ukraine. They hoping Ukraine would come to its senses and surrender.

But, since the Biden regime and NATO insist on using Ukraine to fight a proxy war that both foolishly wanted all along, Russia now is preparing for WAR (as a opposed to special military operation, which constrained its military) and to end this.

The Russians will take every single inch of Ukraine if there isn't an unconditional surrender. That wasn't the plan going on. In fact, the Russians came to us in December seeking to prevent military action from being necessary.
