The word may be in them.... but The Word is not.

It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’

Maybe they were taking literally the biblical admonition to “taste and see that the Lord is good”?

More fiber in the diet. Best eating books than to riot!
In other words: Ignore their antics.

I don’t know if those bibles will taste sweet, but they’ll surely make some stomachs bitter.

I don’t understand how taking something out of someone’s hands, screaming at them, and destroying their property, is not Assault.
I am all for peaceful protest ( in the traditional sense). I hate assault, intimidation, and bullying. That’s where something has a chance of “breaking” and then all hell breaks loose.

"Moreover He said to me, “Son of man, eat what you find; eat this scroll, and go, speak to the house of Israel.” So I opened my mouth, and He caused me to eat that scroll.
And He said to me, “Son of man, feed your belly, and fill your stomach with this scroll that I give you.” So I ate, and it was in my mouth like honey in sweetness".

It seems with every passing day, it becomes harder and harder for them not to display the filthy spirits that drive them. Proof of that reprobate mind the Bible speaks of.

Humans can’t digest cellulose fiber.

So, it’s ok to eat Bibles but not to use the Koran as tp.
