Final results could be dramatic with official counts showing the highest voter turnout since 1999
As polls closed on yet another election day in Israel, millions of Israelis waited anxiously to see if, after five rounds of voting in less than four years, they would be able to finally choose a clear winner and produce a stable government to successfully run the country.
Early exit polls predicted that former prime minister and current opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu might very well be that winner this time around. His bloc of right-wing, religious parties was slated to draw up to 62 seats, the number of mandates needed to form a majority in the 120-seat Knesset, Israel’s parliament.
Yesh Atid, the party of Netanyahu’s main rival, interim Prime Minister Yair Lapid, appeared set to garner only 24 seats, according to the polls. The assortment of parties that would be willing to support him in forming an anti-Netanyahu government were only slated to reach 55 seats. Two key parties appeared as though they would not pass the electoral threshold.

I know that Bibi will put Israel first, so there is NO WAY he’s going to give away his best weapons to Ukraine...just to have them sold off to Iran. He’ll keep them safe and secure, just as the outgoing liberals wisely did.

Ukraine certainly wouldn’t want them sold, but that doesn’t mean their won’t be Ukrainians selling them...as has been documented with many of the weapons we’ve already given them.
Bibi lost a lot of standing when he was the first to call Joseph Stolen to congratulate him when they were still counting votes. Trump was the best friend Israel ever had in the White House and deserved better.

I forgive him for that. It was clear that him and Trump were absolute buddies, and therefore he was DESPISED by Biden. If he wanted our aid to keep coming (particularly in military technology) he needed to do something substantial.
Remember, he’s unlike Democrats in that he puts HIS country, Israel, first, even if it means going against Trump...which is what he did.

Sorry but it is not the PM of a foreign country’s job to declare or hold back congratulations to a newly “elected” President because they like the previous President more. No I am not saying Biden won but BiBi could not interfere with that.

I also can’t say that I remember Trump being particularly upset about it, so it’s likely that Trump fully understood what was going on.
I don’t forgive him for that. He’s a backstabbing rat. The steal was only 3 hours old and Bibi raced to put a knife in Trumps back. He’s a damned coward. Obrador of Mexico held out until the electoral college voted. Bibi has no backbone.

So he has no core principles and he’ll stab you in the back for money. Reminds me of the old joke… “ We’ve already established what you are madam, now we are just haggling over the price.”
And as an American… I do not see him as an ally or friend. Just another money grubbing foreigner I couldn’t care less about him. He pissed away a lotta goodwill.

Obrador of Mexico waited until December electoral college results before he congratulated Biden. He knew it was a steal and he showed backbone. Bibi is a coward. The better one died at Entebbe.
