Not disagreeing I am sure he is doing Netflix. But what about 41% number? Is that a reference to the area Russia can hit with missiles? They don’t control 41% of the territory.
Telling that the “many other sources” for proof of the 41% figure are elusive to you as the source you posted says no such thing.
