If this is automation gone awry, it reminds me of when I worked in business and we sat through a presentation by a salesman who wanted to sell us a system that would automate one of our work processes. I pointed out that, while it would be handy, it would also remove human judgement from exactly the place in the process where it was required. We didn’t buy it. If this from human error, I am not too surprised, because I run into so many people who are ignorant of history and a lot of other things that should be common knowledge to anyone who is paying attention.

No, this is deliberate. KFC is halal so it’s wildly popular with middle eastern moslems. This was their way of tweaking Germans.

Looks like a human did this. Humans can be incredibly stupid. I had friends going to visit Israel, years ago. One of their ‘funny’ buddies wrapped a can of shaving cream with a label saying ZYKLNON B. NO, I’M NOT KIDDING THEY GOT TO ISRAEL AND WERE PUT THROUGH INTENSIVE QUESTIONING. Their ‘friend’ said it was just a ‘joke’. People are morons, sometimes.
