During the battle for the top spot, if it gets ugly, you’re going to have people
get offended, take their vote, and not cast it on Election Day.
Across the board, probably not, but one or two percent can make you or
break you. It also caries over into future elections.
Out of two good people, you wind up with one favored and one seen as a
