I have low expectations. They’ve managed to screw things up in the past.

In fairness, they couldn’t run it if they had a majority of 50.

Dems can buy a few spineless RINOs to get whatever they want

biggest lie is that there a change in power... the uniparty always wins.

Let’s hope not. Best thing that can happen there is nothing.

NYT, the first hurdle and KEY point in this is that the Democrats WON’T be in charge of the Speakership OR the committees. The first committee to get a drastic change should be that kangaroo court they called J6 Insurrection Investigations.

Secondly, there should be no trace or a hint of power sharing nonsense because of the close numbers. Not one bit of that nonsense.

Did they run things when they got a majority back in 2010?

I don’t want them to “run it” in the sense most people mean, i.e “to get things done for the ‘Merican people”.

Screw that, leave the people alone. Just vote NO on every damn thing Biden wants, reisist, oppose, negate, fight, obsctruct, obfuscate and just plain raise hell.

That will be sufficeint til 2024.

Note that whenever Dems get control of either house they go full bore, hard core, pedal to the metal whacko agenda with no thought of compromise or moderation. They ram their socialism down America’s gagging throat, no apologies.

But Republicans fret and wring their hands, terrified they might offend.

And I keep voting for them.

The Republicans had the House, Senate, and Oval Office from January 2017-2019. They certainly squandered that opportunity.

whether unyielding far-right members will make the new speaker’s life miserable and the House an unmanageable mess.

How 'bout the far left RINOs?

The Republicans will have roughly the same margin of majority the democrats do now.

I don’t remember the media once pointing out what a small majority they had.
