I can’t recall any president except Lincoln testifying before Congress. Lincoln went in secret before the Joint Committee on the Conduct of the War to scotch treason rumors about his wife.
They are in the minority now and need to shut up. We have heard enough from bug-eyed Schiff.
Not yet. They have a few weeks left to do a lot of damage. Expect some nasty parting shots at us.
