Chinese Communists -- and, yeah, Perkins Coie too -- are hyping the "more lockdown" theme daily now and in multiple "news" outlets. Almost as if they are hoping their little "falling down dead" videos which started the whole hysteria might work again. And never mind about all the vaccinated falling down dead videos, which are "safe and effective."
But wait! What's behind curtain number two?
As of almost THREE Years into the deadly, awful, rampaging pandemic, we learn of China:

The CFR rate is ( 15,885 / 3,449,676 ) x 100 = 0.46 percent over almost three years. Divide by three, more or less, for an annual rate.
The China mortality rate is ( 15,885 / 1,425,858,169 population ) x 100 = 0.0011 percent.

No wonder the media don't want to do any real reporting. Rather repeat "...city battles Covid with more lockdowns..."
Rinse and repeat. Come on, folks! Money see, monkey do! More lockdowns! Battles! This is war!
Because a 0.0011 percent mortality rate after almost htree years is just not very impressive.
If you believe, as I do, that the Chinese took advantage of a mistake at their lab and let loose the virus on the rest of the world, then this is the most puzzling aspect of their virus protocol.
If it were me, I would have crippled the rest of the worlds economies while advancing China's.
Instead, they seem to be crippling their own economy while the rest of the world's are recovering.
I can only assume they are using this as an opportunity to tighten their grip on their citizens
