TRUMP GETS PLAYED. What is sure to be one of the weirder moments of the 2024 presidential campaign has just taken place before the campaign is even fully underway.
Here is the short version: Just before Thanksgiving, former President Donald Trump had dinner at Mar-a-Lago with Kanye West, Nick Fuentes, and Milo Yiannopoulos. West is the famous rapper, businessman, and reported bipolar disorder patient who says he will run for president in 2024, a campaign he began last month by announcing on Twitter that he was "going death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE," a threat that brought him widespread condemnation and the loss of lucrative contracts. Fuentes, who many readers might not have heard of, is a 24-year-old white nationalist self-promoter who has sought publicity and online donations with a long series of racist and antisemitic statements and is now, apparently, working for West's so-called campaign. Yiannopoulos is a 38-year-old British provocateur who has spent a good part of his life doing the same sort of thing that Fuentes does and is now apparently also working for YE24, which is how West, who wants to be known simply as "Ye," refers to his presidential campaign.
What do they have in common? Well, Fuentes and Yiannopoulos are joined in a quest to exploit West's money and fame. But as far as politics is concerned, the greater similarity is that they are all lowlifes who should never be allowed near a former president of the United States, much less a current candidate for president. And yet Trump shared a table at Mar-a-Lago with them. The event quickly leaked because that is precisely what West, Fuentes, and Yiannopoulos intended. The usual suspects in the media and political world immediately denounced Trump.

Trump invited Kanye. The others were uninvited tag-alongs. I doubt Trump knew who Fuentes is. I never heard of him.

I can’t possibly think of a less important story. What’s going to happen ? The news media is going to say Trump is a bigot? It’s been 6 years of that already . If you haven’t bought into that premise by now I doubt it will convince anyone at this point.
If you notice, it’s liberal rags The Hill and Wash Examiner that’s hitting this “story”...
At what point do you get tired of trashing Trump.
Trump forgot that you’re only allowed to hate Christians and White people.
He must not have any Conservative friends or advisors, to warn him off people like that. If he’s making bad decisions like this major error, he deserves what happens as a result.

Hosts of Democrats and some Establishment Republican’s meet, publicly and in secret, with folks that are actively trying to destroy this country.
People, whose names you would know, where they are from and what they’re trying to do.
Pres Trump has dinner with 3 people, one of which is this Fuentes person, and I doubt 3 out of 100 folks on FR would be able to pick him out of a lineup and know what he’s all about.
And it’s....Abandon Ship, Abandon Ship...the hell with the women and children, get out of my way...Abandon ship.
What’s going to happen next, in response to this, is that no one will be able to meet with Pres Trump. And then the script flips and many on here will start to bitch and moan about how he only talks to his kids and a very tight knit group. That he needs to reach out to others for help and support otherwise he’ll get crushed in 2024. Bring on DeSantis.
The man cannot win because the puppeteers have damn near everyone figured out and know how to get them to panic and react.
Milo, Ye and Fuentes IMO are all controlled trolls having been or being sent our way to discredit and divide us.
This is a perfect example of how they are used for that.
A while back Tucker had West on his show. Tucker promoted the interview and made it sound like West was a genius, someone wise.
I listened to West blather on for about 15 minutes. He made zero sense. I could not figure what his point(s), if he had any, were. I still can’t understand how Tucker took this guy seriously.
Trump's not a fragile snowflake who melts when faced with idiots.
Trump came up in the New York Construction field. He's not going to be rolled easily by the likes of these three. Trump could have 20 dinners with these fools and he would walk away as Trump intact - maybe even wiser on how to deal with manipulators and antisemites...

Trump is a formerPOTUS.He wants to be POTIS again. He is supposed to be aware of things. He’s supposed to have a competent staff who will vet his guests. Inviting a dysfunctional psychotic like Kanye is bad enough but we are supposed to believe he shows up with this racist anti semite in tow and Trump has the stsff set another place setting. Nonsense
Look at it clearly. The way the story is written is designed to make you illicit an OPINION in one direction or another.
As they say... "I guess the old act is still working"... especially on those willing to fall for it.
Illiteracy can lead to the misunderstanding of words.
All he would have to say is he trusted Ye and now that he has been set up, no matter who asks for meetings, there will be a vetting process first to make sure he’s not set up again.
Look, everyone knows why this happened. Someone cool/famous asks Trump for a meeting and of course he’s gonna say yes. That’s just Trump, he thrives on the attention and adulation - just watch any of his rallies. He’s at his best when he’s the focus of attention. Not saying that’s bad - but look how it hurt him in this case.
Just put a policy in place and live with it. That’s what any good executive would do.
