The effects?
What was that word that means increasing prices for goods and services without adding value to either?

Yeahhhhh that’s a real brain teaser. I’m gonna have to put on my thinking cap to know what happens when you try to fight inflation with a trillion dollar spending spree.
Is it anything like trying to put out a campfire with a bucket of gasoline?

Local gas prices have been decreasing the last 2-3 weeks. Today I noticed one station having it at $2.79/gal. Walmart and others $2.95. It has been a year or more since it was under $3.00.
Food prices are jumping around like crazy. Some items are actually cheaper than a few weeks ago. Other item prices seem to remain constant. Some seem to be increasing exponentially.
The November numbers (out in a week or so) should give a better indicator as to whether the Inflation Reduction Act is doing anything.
The FED has another meeting in 2 weeks and they are expected to increase the rate another 3/4 percent.

Brain dead Brandon, I know exactly what your agenda is. The out of control spending will only benefit the top 5% richest donor class, from the assets of middle class stolen by inflation. This is nothing new.

We always used that same principal in Mechanical Engineering. “I don’t know what’s going to happen, but, what the heck!? Let’s just try it and see! Modeling Schmodeling.”
Said no engineer ever.

Which begs the question did anyone in the Biden Administration have a clue what the effect would be or were they all just thinking, hell throw a few trillion up against the wall and see if anything sticks?

I remember an interview with Biden in which he said that he did politics because it was the most important job - or words to that effect. As expected from the delusional narcissist he is, he talked about other things he could have done (I seem to remember medicine or something else along those lines), but that ultimately he chose the most ‘important’ job.
That's the delusional crap that is at the core of this person. Little does he know that if not for him findings his way to the ‘prime career for bullish*tters’, politics, he would have found it very hard to have any career that would feed his mythical sense of self.
