DISTRIBUTED for Conference of 1/6/2023. (Brunson vs 388 congresscritters, biden, harris, pence)
Supreme Court Docket ^ | 11/30/22 | SCOTUS

Posted on 11/30/2022 10:59:28 AM PST by C210N

The Supreme Court today, 11/30/22, has set a conference date of January 6 2023 to decide on certiorari for a case that's remedy is to remove from office now and forever 388 congresscritters plus biden, harris and pence that voted against the 10-day investigatory period of voter/election fraud on January 6 2021.

I find it simply AMAZING that for a conference date, the day of 1/6 was used. There can be NO coincidences!

The update for today is that a conference date is now set, ironically, on January 6 itself, 2 years after the crime was committed.

The link goes to the SCOTUS page, where the petition may be read, and where SCOTUS updates are posted.

Who is left? Grassley as pres pro tempore of the senate. I am sure McCarthy is one of the 388

Hard to believe that they will do the right thing. But it would be nice.

There is ZERO chance the supreme court grants cert in this case. ZERO!

They don’t have the balls to act on this.

That’s what folks were saying before a conference date was set, that this would be ignored by SCOTUS like thousands of other requests for Cert.

Now we have a conference date - January 6.

You say there is “ZERO chance”. You don’t think today’s setting of a date moves the needle even off its stop?

Somebody in Chief Justice Roberts’ clerks office has a sense of humor.

Nope.

You submit the required paperwork, you get a conference date. That means nothing. It’s just the date on which they will formally vote to reject taking the case.

There is NO WAY the Supreme Court will ever grant the relief requested in this case.

Officially, all that means is that one Justice listed the case for conference. Four justices are required to vote to hear the case, and five justices are usually needed to make a decision. That’s the reality check.

WRONG! That means that at least one Justice listed the case for conference. Few cases make it that far. It still requires four Justices to grant cert, but this is encouraging news.

It appears the USSC will address the issue. One way or the other, future historians may regard the action as a turning point in our experiment.

It may well be that SCOTUS wants to blame Congress for not acting to obscure its abdication of its Constitutionally mandated original jurisdiction in Texas v. Pennsylvania. We will see.

My expectation is that it goes forward but then the subsequent findings are that they (congress) acted within their constitutional authority. This will put to bed once and for all any notion that they can be challenged in this manner.

Great point.

SC has been under considerable fire from the likes of Schumer and Pelosi and Biden and others. They have threatened the supreme court judges directly, and also threaten to increase the number of judges.

This gives the Supreme Court a chance in one quick swoop to regain the Highground.

You could put all of your money on cert denial or cert-approval/loss, however if it goes the other way, you lose everything, as the fiat dollar becomes worthless within 5 minutes of the decision. However, any gold/silver you have will do extremely well.

Nope… Setting a conference date is not automatic. It takes four Justices to agree that a conference is needed. Very few petitions step forward to conference, most are rejected. Step 1 is passed.

Conference is step 2. As with step 1, most petitions are rejected in conference.

Conference is scheduled for January 6.

Please correct me if I’ve missed something.

"You don’t think today’s setting of a date moves the needle even off its stop?"

You have to set a date to REJECT it.
