In Oregon the loudest group against the stupid Measure 114, gun control bill (now law), was “Socialists for Gun Ownership.” It was a collection of homos, black radicals, and the usual misfits who, rightly, argued it was taking away their right to self defense against “right wing extremists” and “white supremacists.”

Now they’ll have to cough up $65 to Big Brother, up front, just to be considered for a permit. I’m guessing that they're part of the huge uptick in Oregon sales. The system is probably backed up more than a week, now, a week before implementation. I haven’t seen how the State Police will deal with 4473’s in the pipeline when the deadline hits.

I believe there’s a court date , tomorrow, that bears on implementation of this catastrophe.
