Yes, it’s so “existential” that Putin allowed his army to become Potemkin fake that is riddled with corruption and incompetence. Billions were siphoned off for oligarch yachts and western property instead of armaments and basic items like quality tires for their military vehicles. Hilariously, Russia even “lost” a million winter army uniforms. How pathetic is that?
