Twitter CEO Musk responded in a tweet: 'The Constitution is greater than any President. End of story'.
Just before 8am on Saturday morning, Trump took to Truth Social to assert that Musk's exposรฉ, published by journalist Matt Taibbi, proved 2020 was 'fraudulent' and called to strip current election laws from the US Constitution.

Elon goes off half-cocked from media manipulation quite easily still. He’s not quite there yet where you just disregard out of hand, everything the MSM says, especially about Trump.
A lot of people (including ones here) seem to be misunderstanding what Trump actually said regarding that.
Musk is releasing evidence that the Biden administration terminated the Constitution using Twitter and Facebook and Musk wants to play the coy virgin over the election steal, the coup, the termination of the Constitution, in 2020 by the democrats.
A lot of people (including ones here) seem to want to pretend that Trump didnโt say what he clearly said.

I wonder how many of those commenters actually read the tweet, or posting, or whatever it is, as opposed to just reading the headline and reacting.
Yup.
Trump's comment is basically that the Constitution is being threatened by the actions of the Democrats. In other words, if a political party steals an election and violates the Constitution in doing so, can it/they still hide behind the Constitution they violated?
They (the Democrats) are the ones throwing it out.
Musk is merely confirming the importance of the Constitution.
Remember this: The Left is selling the idea that the Constitution is nothing but an old-fashioned patriarchal document--the White man's law--and needs to be removed.
Neither Trump nor Musk is agreeing with that.
Given that the Constitution is the foundation on which the country rests, Trump and Musk are saying indirectly that an attack on the Constitution is an attack on the Country.
Ok. so (if congress was actually willing to) what would stop them from declaring Trump the winner or calling for a new election?
Trump is saying that if you violate the Constitution to steal the WH, you can’t run and hide behind the Constitution to then defend what you have stolen.
The democrats and RINOs already terminated it.
Frankly, I thought that he was saying that cheating had the effect of voiding all laws and the Constitution, that is, it permitted the cheaters to do away with our our legal systems and the Constitution by the very act of cheating.
Poorly expressed, like many things Trump says, but reallyโฆ this is just an attempt to rev up the J6 narrative.
The amusing thing is that the media and the left are perfectly happy to ignore every crazy, irrational and threatening word that dribbles out of the mouth of Joe Biden (or even the nutty press secretary, who doesnโt even have the excuse of senility).
The States named their electors, who voted for Biden.
There is no โelectionโ in the Constitution that involves individuals voting.
And there is a certification of those counts by the congress.
Where do you see that Congress โcertifiesโ anything?
And what they do count is certificates, sent in by the States, naming the electors and who they voted for.
There were 538 certificates sent in, and Biden had more of them.
Don’t trust Musk. Too much CCP money behind him and Ken Griffin money.

So in the line I’m purporting, it’d be the electors called upon to “decertify” due to fraud.
But I don’t think they would coalesce for that purpose unless directed by congress first.
Honestly, is the Constitution that great?
He DID NOT say what they keep saying he said.
