Scientists calculated carbonate budgets for 723 different sites across the region using parrotfish demographic data and information on the assemblage of organisms living on the sea floor. Of all the sites studied, 506 were losing reef habitat each year.Parrotfish demographics?! C'mon!

There are many species of parrotfish. Parrotfish eat coral. The nice white coral sands near coral reefs are composed largely of parrotfish poop.

In my experience, parrotfish are all liars. They will lie to you just for the fun of it.
Never trust a parrotfish.

Parrotfish eat coral. That’s why they might want to study the population.

Iirc, parrotfish chew up coral, making sand the beach goers love.
Solution: kill all parrotfish and beach goers.
