Very simple...Biden lied...again. The first line in the article I am displaying is:

“The Biden administration is bringing WNBA star Brittney Griner, who has been detained in Russia for 10 months, home for the holidays after months of negotiation.”

The whole information machine used by the Biden administration has said “they” were working on it and that the Saudis were not involved.

In another article there were two entries from the White House that said:

“The only countries that negotiated this deal were the United States and Russia,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said, when asked about Saudi Arabia’s role. “There was no mediation involved.”

Yet in the same article from Yahoo News it stated:

“The United Arab Emirates president and Saudi crown prince said in a joint statement Thursday that they led mediation efforts that secured Griner’s release from a Russian penal colony.”

This is how liberals get their votes...by lying for their needs. They will see a disaster and will ride in on their white horse to save the day, whether they did or not, for votes and power. And it always starts with fear for the citizenry.

In an article by the CDC this year, it stated:

“Athletes looking to play in leagues far from home are usually doing so because of the paycheques, observers said. That was the case for Griner, who, like other WNBA players, went to Russia to supplement her income.”

Supplement her income? Like I posted she was over $5M in the black at the time she crossed the border. But that wasn’t mentioned other than the low pay the WNBA gets compared to their counterparts and she needed the money. Manure. And it will come up during his campaign how much of a hero he was. I didn’t say the process didn’t have a middle man...he and his press staff did.
