Oswald was exactly what he said he was, The Patsy.
When he was asked by a reporter on Friday night in the crowded hallway of the Dallas Police Department if he shot the president, Oswald looked startled and said he had not been charged with that. He thought he was being charged with the murder of Officer Tippit. If you watch the video, he looks stunned and his voice confirms it.
