Came here to post basically the same thing. Only I think the 2nd half is “Only there to be controlled opposition while continuing to enrich themselves, and their families”.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
Both of them are stealing from the citizens to enrich themselves personally.
In addition, both project being controlled opposition to the other political party.
Problem is, the Democrats truly are, and successful at being the opposition party.
Whereas the Republican Party only wears the veneer of being an opposition party in order to fund raise for their party. When they actually become the majority party they have no clue what to do with it. They are devoid of any ideas. With no ideas that means they then go with what the Democrats suggest.
That is why we are trying to take control of the Republican Party. To reform it to where it no longer remains the "Stupid Party".
