Miami Journalist Kidnapped, Financially Exploited 88-Year-Old Mother: Prosecutors [Tucker 'Liberal Sherpa'

Catherine Areu Jones, 51, has been arrested on charges including exploitation of the elderly, organized scheme to defraud, conspiracy to commit organized scheme to defraud, kidnapping, false imprisonment and fraudulent use of personal identification, the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office announced Friday.

A journalist is facing kidnapping and other charges after authorities said she dragged her 88-year-old mother from her Miami-Dade home and had her involuntarily placed in an assisted living facility then financially exploited the elderly woman out of more than $200,000.

Catherine Areu Jones, 51, has been arrested on charges including exploitation of the elderly, organized scheme to defraud, conspiracy to commit organized scheme to defraud, kidnapping, false imprisonment and fraudulent use of personal identification, the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office announced Friday.

Areu Jones is a journalist who has worked under the name Cathy Areu, and formerly worked as a columnist for the Washington Post and as a guest on Fox News, appearing with Tucker Carlson as the "Liberal Sherpa."

I was watching local news after the FIFA games on the Spanish channels and they showed this news clip - thought 'Hmm, she looks familiar'. Sure enough - the mug/testimony shot looks nasty - but this is the 'Sherpa' as Tucker Carlson called her when she would come on and spout the most whacko ideas and thoughts.

...purely co-incidentally, at 9:30 a.m. this morning I posted on FR a response to an article Dr. Thorne posted. In it, I opined about how general corruption had gotten so bad in America Democrats would steal the last dollar out of their own moms purse.

Then, at 11:09 (one hour and 39 mins later) time4good posted his article about Catherine Jones stealing her 88 year old moms money. So, time4good proved my point for me!!! Little doubt in my mind that Catherine Jones was a democrat.

Yeah - the odds are just getting ‘better’ (sadly) - that as prophesied that these last days - lawlessness would greatly increase - and since the Demonrats [sic] are Hell-bent (literally) on doing whatever they please, morals be damned, then it’s no surprise these things will pop up more closely from opining to realization.

I mean, who’d of thought a tranny in the White House would steal a woman’s purse in a store, or a ‘Sherpa’ would institutionalize her mother for some desparate coin, or some electioneers would steal an election or three in broad daylight for power, or some high-end school in Chicago would have a teacher handing out dildos and ‘butt-plugs’ (I have no clue nor want to know), or those in power would unconstitutionally jail fellow citizens for 2 years for misdemeanor trespassing to ‘teach us a lesson to heel’ - or a evil leprechaun would purposely manufacture gain-of-function so his master could usher in cashless societal tracking and transactions with right-hand or forehead digital biometrics ID.
