Go for it, a couple billion Indians and Chinese available for cannon fodder.
..
and both founding members of BRICS.
Gee... a couple BRICs going at it...
You’ve gotta feel bad for India. They share a border with two of the filthiest, most dangerous, countries on earth.
I’m on the side of India when it comes to this. And they are a welcome counterweight to Chinese military and economic expansion.
Wow, that got out of hand in a hurry.
Yah, Woo killed somebody with a trident.
I agree. I’m not a big fan of India but I’ll support India over China all day long!
Borders with filthy countries? India is number one or two, tied with China as filthiest.
Both equally bad…one invades us with cheap labor and the other with cheap products. Both hurt Americans, both our enemy. Should cut both off and send the citizens home, all of them.
And yes,India is breathtakingly filthy...or at least it was when I was there (40 years ago). Ditto China...but my most recent visit there was about 10 years ago.
Last time I heard of an incident initial reports said around 20 Indians had been injured, and I figured they'd gotten the worst of it. Then it came out that they had inflicted far more casualties including many fatalities on on the Chinese.
Neither side is not quite ready to start a shooting war.
But if India fails to respond then China will start taking bites out of their territory.
India has found the right balance for the moment.
The day the first shot is fired is the day the balloon goes up.
The term BRIC was originally developed in the context of foreign investment strategies. It was introduced in the 2001 publication, Building Better Global Economic BRICs by then-chairman of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Jim O'Neill
For investing purposes, the list of emerging economies sometimes included South Korea, which expanded the acronym to BRICS or BRICK.
India and China do a lot of trade with each other, but Russia isn't in the top 10 trade partners of either, and neither are Brazil nor South Africa
Just because you lost your job as an HTML “programmer” when the job was made redundant doesn’t mean you ought to wear your jealousy on your sleeve
I’ve been to 50 countries and China, India, and Pakistan are among the filthiest I’ve visited.
I've met thousands of IT workers who lost there jobs or were downsized because of cheap Indian H1B and L1 visa workers. I've been a victim too. Sorry you dismiss American workers, many veterans, for cheap Indian labor. A shame.
