Hunter Biden’s defense team is weighed suing Fox News, Eric Trump, and Rudy Giuliani for defamation, according to a report.
In a strategy conference call in September, attorney Kevin Morris told Hunter and others on the call that the president’s son should be taking a bold approach in the public eye to combat Republican investigations into the Biden family business, according to the Washington Post. The more aggressive tactics include potentially suing Fox News, Eric Trump, and Giuliani for defamation in relation to the contents of Hunter’s “Laptop from Hell.”
Contents on the laptop, first reported by Breitbart News’s Political Editor Emma-Jo Morris, have revealed international business schemes on multiple continents while President Joe Biden was vice president and after he left office — which have raised questions about the president’s influences on decision making.
Kevin Morris has also assembled a team to compile opposition research against witnesses that may comply with GOP investigations. Two potential witnesses named in the Post article were Hunter’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski and laptop repair man John Paul Mac Isaac.

They are going to hate “discovery” when all the email principals on Hunter’s laptop are called in to testify under oath.
In order to prove defamation, Hunter would have to prove the defamatory statements were false. The last Hunter wants is to defend the allegations in public.
Truth is a defense against defamation.
He must be confident of getting a bought-and-paid-for judge.
Let’s hope he does. The minute a suit like that is files those he is suing get amazingly broad discovery privileges and I can only imagine what will happen if his attorneys argue that they shouldn’t get what they ask for.
Slow Joe would get implicated with proof far faster than the GOP house will be able to do it in January.

He already has the judge and the jury lined up. Mark my words Fox ,Trump and Giuliani will get sued. Hunter will win this case …piece a cake!

As I posted before, Hunter would have to show up for sworn testimony at depositions. Since he would be the plaintiff, he couldn’t refuse to answer questions or remain silent. His financial records would be fair game. He’d have to answer for all the porn supposedly on his laptop.
I doubt a smart lawyer would file any suit on behalf of Hunter since it would likely turn into discovery hell.
That’s what I was thinking, crackhead’s team might want to be careful what they ask for!

Shyster lawyers. If they file it in DC or NYC, where ALL DC corruption cases are adjudicated, they’ll probably win.

Discovery is going to be FUN.
Do it Hunter. I want the trial on TV. The defense is simple. It’s called the truth. Half of America wants nothing to do with truth. They need to see the consequences and change their behavior before things get very ugly.
Probably. However, the appeal will overturn it all, easily.
Possibly, if DC is the venue.
