The operative measure of economic health is deficit / GDP.
The only effect presidents can have over this measure is to encourage vs discourage free enterprise. That affects GDP. Biden has massively discouraged free enterprise.
Deficit spending is completely in the hands of the House of Representatives. The House has been controlled by Biden’s Democrat allies. With the help of RINO Republicans the Democrat House has spent us the rest of the way into this mess.
