Exactly. Trump, we all know. DeSantis is hated in particular for his very public (and winning) stances on cultural issues. He's been out in front on the transgender crap, and what really terrifies the left is that his stances on that have been popular with the mass of voters. So if he takes that national, he could blow up the whole thing.
