Analysis of RNC Spending Since 2017 Shows Millions Were Spent on Private Jets, Limousines, Luxury Retreats, Broadway Shows Analysis of RNC Spending Since 2017 Shows Millions Were Spent on Private Jets, Limousines, Luxury Retreats, Broadway Shows

Back in 2010, RNC Chair Michael Steele was heavily criticized and eventually lost his position because donors were angry about what they believed was luxurious spending on private jets, floral arrangements, chauffeur services, and member meetings in expensive tropical locales. Donors were used to frugality from the RNC under the George W. Bush administration, when “Karl Rove would bitch if there were flowers on the tables” and staff holiday parties were catered by Chick-fil-A.

Despite Joe Biden’s economy and three straight cycles of election losses, the RNC’s big-spending days are back with a vengeance.

Perhaps because of these losses both RNC donors and committee members are intensely interested in the committee’s finances, particularly the spending. Late last week, RedState was provided a report dated October 7, 2022 that examined RNC’s 2021-22 spending. It calculated more than $500,000 in private jet expenses, $64,000 at clothing retailers, and $321,000 in floral arrangements.

You can buy a lot of Broadway tickets if you only send one lawyer to Arizona.

Rona of the RNC cleared this up on AmericasVoice.news. She says it was mostly at the bidding of Donald J. Trump, when he wanted to do things at the White House, and did not feel it ethically correct to bill taxpayers. She seemed to think it was an exaggerated report, and that it isn’t at ALL what it appeared. Trump preferred to hire private jets and have the RNC pay, rather than bill the U.S. Treasury. Sounded believable to me.

Let’s see a break down of Trump’s bidding vs RNC leadership’s bidding.

English Royalty (King Charles & the royal family), Pseudo royalty (Megan Markle et al) and American Royalty (Washington & most state elected officials) expect to be treated as the kings and emperors of old.

The 2021-22 expenditures would be unrelated to Trump. However, they are very much the equivalent to the $600 screwdrivers and $10,000 toilet seats for which the Pentagon was criticized years ago. Spending other people’s money means there are no restraints for people who lack conscience.

Ol’ Ronna was very smooth and slithery in that interview with Bannon.

E.g., She claimed their luxury spa retreat had been set up for donors, but with Covid they had to cancel that and would have lost their deposit on it if the RNC hadn’t gone there and partied it up themselves. So, you see, they really were being quite frugal!

Likewise, she kept referring to the top tier of RNC reps as “door knockers”.

She tried to slip in a less than 1% number in the stead of their 40% fundraising overhead figure. Nothing on the likes of the Lulomon expenses.

No addressing how much money they raised on stopping the steal vs. actually funding the effort to stop the steal.

She also went on and on about how they were attacking the RNC, which she was defending, when really the attacks are on her corrupt and ineffective leadership.

The sleazy and deceptive Romneys are all far too alike.

There is only one guy fighting the Uniparty in this land. I will continue my support for him because of it!! Desantis needs to stay in Florida for many reasons coupled with the fact I do not believe he will fight this like it should be fought...

All those who dog Trump support this crap in one way or another. The sand in the hour Glass are running low for America. It either stops now or we are truly done for...

My impression is that the RNC kicked fund raising into high gear and while the country is going to hell, they aren’t working at fixing anything.

We’re getting so many calls from RNC using different phone numbers that they are filling up our blocked caller list.

They haven't won a Presidential election with a majority of the popular vote since 2004 (and 9/11 had more to do with that than anything the RNC did).

They are grossly incompetent at their jobs and should all be fired.

Jennifer Van Laar was on Bannon’s warroom and she said the next installment regarding the RNC will focus on the massive ‘fund raising’ costs.

Apparently, 40% of the donor’s money is spent on fundraising.

At one time I sent money to the RNC and NRA. I am not wealthy, live a frugal life, and drive a 30 year old car

Both used my money to live the high life. Neither delivered the expected goods.

The RNC, NRA and Televangelists have the same playbook.

Three Time Loser Rhonda Romney strikes again .
Why this moron was hand picked out of Obscurity By Trump in 2016 and then
reinstated in 2020 ?

Notice how Trump is distancing himself from another Moron pick .

holiday parties were catered by Chick-fil-A.

That should be a standard policy. Besides the implied less expensive option, it's also better to get the food from a company that acts like it likes America, and not some operation owned by Joy Behar or Brittany Grinder. Or Megan Rapinoe. Or Robert Di Niro. Or .......

The list goes on.
